Avenger Assembled Posted September 11, 2017 Share Posted September 11, 2017 Citizen slows his Flight to a move action (so he's now moving 1000 ft this round, straight up) - he spends an HP to double his dodge bonus and uses the total defense action. The target number to hit him is now 27. I don't need to make an IC post for that, since he's already dodging and weaving his best - go ahead and post, Ari. Link to comment

Nullify 15 (Force Field, Extras: Effortless, Nullifying Field [+0] PFs: Subtle [electromagnetic senses], Triggered [when struck]) [32/32] Power check: 22 Completely inadequate! 26 Not great still, but hey, he's got plenty of HP.
