So here's the idea: A series of attacks have been occurring in Emerald City and CoVic where victims have been found cold and drained of blood. Most of them remain dead, but some rise again within a few hours and attack anyone they can get their hands on. 

 

I'm looking for two PC's preferably around PL 10 to join in and stop this menace!
