But there's really only one culture which creates tech that puts art into functionality that no one is likely to see. The Xobron are a race on the other side of Lor space. Xobron tend to have a... bad reputation. They tend to get known as criminals. Though maybe that's just the ones who leave the homeworld. As a note Gear is a Xobron.
