Right, that was supposed to be a Trip attack from Asad, but between the size difference and the Constellation's strength bonus he has no actual chance of success. Trip takes size differences into account, so he loses -4 from the DC from each size smaller. And that's three, so he's down -12 before he even started. DC of Trip would be 9, and the Constellation's strength bonus is higher than that. So...yeah...

to create a portal leading from one ship to another. Standard to Open, Move to Step through. Then, he'll spend one HP to get a Surge, switch his Variable to

And attack whoever he can reach. I'm flavouring the Extended Reach of 20 ft. as the maximum effective distance of the Flintlock Pistol for now.

Closest, eh? Pirate Minion number 1 it is. http://orokos.com/roll/526390 24. DC (please tell me these things, olo) was 22. So, did not go down. Now that you're on the ship, you can see an armored woman is at the wheel. This is Jeanne de Clisson, who will spend her turn again steering the ship. However, Ching Shih's readied action will now be used. This is her Tidal Cannon. It is the Trip power with the Knockback Extra. http://orokos.com/roll/526392 With a 22 it is a hit. Power check: http://orokos.com/roll/526393 24. Make a STR, DEX, or Acrobatic check to beat it. If you cannot, you receive 10 ranks of Knockback. Minus knockback resistance, that's 5 ranks and...25 feet? Okay, I guess.

Updated Init Order, as the minions clash with each other. Let's just say some more Pirate Fanatics boiled up from belowdeck to make the numbers more even.

Anne will Delay to get behind Jackie (long names :argh;) Time for an attack roll from the sniper, firing at Flintlock. http://orokos.com/roll/526500 24. However, Asad has Interpose on standby. So he'll use that (he has the movement) DC 22, Toughness. It has Penetrating 5, so Impervious will not block it. And while you're doing that, Anne will charge Flintlock and use her Windblade. Jeanne is technically hit, but the magic appears to just bounce off her heavy plate.

 

Jackie and Cap'n O'Malley are missed by the attack.

 

You can have those two HP back, olo. Rerollin' time.

Taking it from the top. With the Constellation out of the water, the Black Flag easily catches it. They are now (relatively) side by side. First up, Jeanne. She will hand over the now useless helm to a Pirate Fanatic (my, but that's a battle going on between the minions), Quick Draw her sword, and use that portal herself.  Her target is Cap'n Flintlock. No feats used. Roll time.

Next, Anne is going to a Concentration check. She has this weird setting on her array. Insubstantial, Visual Concealment, and Teleport but they're not linked. The check is for the Teleport. The DC is the standard 20.

You know what? I've been stuck on what Cap'n O'Malley should do for a while, putting aside the stretches of disinterest/burnout/laziness/pick your favorite no postin' reason. But now I think she doesn't have any reason to do anything. So...Cape? Wanna Flintlock?

Will do: 

 

After some EDITs due to brain burp;

 

Free Action: Activate "Crawling Chaos" power (Aura Confuse), and punch Jeanne: Punches Jeanne: 1d20+10 13 That surely will not hit, but it does mean anyone touching her might get infected with confuse. 

 

As a move action she will try to intimidate Jeanne... its an excuse to sing. 

 

Intimidate the Pirates: 1d20+11 20
