Sandman XI Posted May 12, 2017 Posted May 12, 2017 Blockbuster is approved. He's new to Freedom City. Lives in the downtown area. Prowls around there at night, trying to help the helpless. During the day he's a movie ticket taker. Though he is PL10, he's not really suped up. Like Daredevil or Luke Cage style crime fighting.
