There's only one route up to the roof that isn't the elevator for those who can't climb walls. The stairs. For the record, Terrifica has total cover, having not stepped out to be seen. Yet.

Takedown attack until I run out of minions or someone passes a save.

On a related note, previously I would have allowed Takedown'ing through the underlings, as Mali didn't know they were noncombatants. But now, with their cowering, it is obvious.
