Tipop Posted August 16, 2017 Posted August 16, 2017 I have "Well Informed", plus Gather Information (+15) and skill mastery (for a base of 25 on the check). Is there anything I should know about the people gathered?
TheAbsurdist Posted August 16, 2017 Author Posted August 16, 2017 I included most of the superficial stuff you'd know. Please note that. Johnny Perdition is the only one who might be quantifiable as having power, his source possibly dubious, as he survived his throat getting cut in prison. The rest are not noteworthy and would fit into 'Aware of supernatural' or 'hedge wizard' sort.
TheAbsurdist Posted August 25, 2017 Author Posted August 25, 2017 Whoops made an accident there. From Tipop: A notice check: 1d20+15 30 Currently Peculiar has 2 HP
TheAbsurdist Posted August 25, 2017 Author Posted August 25, 2017 Notice checks. No skill mastery. DC 23 Those with it will get an HP. Here is the information: Spoiler Johnny muttered "Thanks Orobas."
TheAbsurdist Posted August 25, 2017 Author Posted August 25, 2017 Anyone with Knowledge: Arcane Lore can make a check to discern that information. Skill Mastery apply. DC:20 Spoiler From Goetic Tradition: Orobas is a powerful Great Prince of Hell, having twenty legions of demons under his control. He supposedly gives true answers of things past, present and to come, divinity, and the creation of the world; he also confers dignities and prelacies, and the favour of friends and foes. Orobas is faithful to the conjurer, does not permit that any spirit tempts him, and never deceives anyone. He is depicted as a horse that changes into a man under the conjurer's request. The name could come from Latin "orobias", a type of incense.
Zeitgeist Blue Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 Knowledge (Current Events):1d20+7 = 26
Tipop Posted September 8, 2017 Posted September 8, 2017 (edited) Gather Information (or just take 10 if 25 is sufficient): 1d20+15 21 (So 25 is the result) This is to see if there's anything I know about Red Moon. Edited September 8, 2017 by Tipop
Ari Posted September 8, 2017 Posted September 8, 2017 More than enough. Red Moon is apparently a Farsider scientist named Atraxia who infrequently appears on Earth, claiming to fight for the freedom and dignity of all life and the downfall of ignorance. Her powers are remarkably like those of a Farsider spy of the Mad Lady Lunar's back in the Cold War era, though the Atom Family of old has several times demonstrated the folly of presuming that means they are the same person.
