Moira Morley Posted August 21, 2017 Posted August 21, 2017 Group 1: Grimalkin, Spitfire, Red Moon, Scion Your IC Thread Group 2: Erebo, Gauss, Salvo, Scion (there will be a reason) Your IC Thread @Ari @Azuth65 @EviscerusNox @Glass Clown @Heritage @Zeitgeist Blue Tag here please
Moira Morley Posted August 25, 2017 Author Posted August 25, 2017 As usual, I'm not going to be here Saturday or Sunday. Monday we'll look at our situation and see what happens
Heritage Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 I hate to ask this...but can Red Moon speak English without her terrasuit? If not, there are workarounds; Grim can speak any language, or maybe there's a property to this new world we're in that translates for us.
Ari Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 Good point, forgot I hadn't bought that. Will edit.
Heritage Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 At least Grim will understand you, and if need be we can assume she translates 'between panels', as it were.
Ari Posted August 28, 2017 Posted August 28, 2017 Nah I prefer if the language barrier is a real issue, but thanks, Heritage.
Moira Morley Posted August 28, 2017 Author Posted August 28, 2017 @Zeitgeist Blue, @Glass Clown, would you like to move over to the Castle Ravenloft thread?
Moira Morley Posted August 29, 2017 Author Posted August 29, 2017 @Ari and @Zeitgeist Blue get a HP for not having their devices.
Zeitgeist Blue Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 Knowledge (Arcane Lore) Roll: http://orokos.com/roll/545319
Moira Morley Posted August 30, 2017 Author Posted August 30, 2017 So close! Missed it by one! HP for +2?
Moira Morley Posted August 30, 2017 Author Posted August 30, 2017 You know that in the stitching there are symbols of The Unspeakable One. That these robes are used by the Brotherhood of the Yellow Sign (it is not that inclusive anymore, they let in women now, TUO needs sacrifices!). The Brotherhood looks to bring The Unspeakable One to anywhere and everywhere. Luckily the magic community is on their butts whereever they are. So Not!Cthulhu has been thwarted for a very long time.
Heritage Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 (edited) Should I make some kind of Diplomacy roll? EDIT: in case it's needed. Diplomacy check: 1d20+15=21 Edited August 30, 2017 by Heritage
Zeitgeist Blue Posted August 30, 2017 Posted August 30, 2017 (edited) Knowledge (Arcane Roll) to know who Grimalkin and/or Silberman's Books. In case it's needed too. 1d20+14 = 23 Edited August 30, 2017 by Zeitgeist Blue
EternalPhoenix Posted August 31, 2017 Posted August 31, 2017 Pacer and Stalwart reporting for wacky adventures.
Heritage Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 (edited) Based on that roll, you'd get the first two items on Grim's Arcane Lore table, ZB, but nothing definitively links her to Silberman's. I think Diplomacy is a Contested roll against your Sense Motive. Edited September 1, 2017 by Heritage
Moira Morley Posted September 1, 2017 Author Posted September 1, 2017 You can't use social skills against PCs unless its combat related
Zeitgeist Blue Posted September 1, 2017 Posted September 1, 2017 I was planning for Nicole to drop her guard anyway. Though I'll be using the table thing under the Diplomacy skill to color her attitude towards you guys. So she's now Unfriendly instead of hostile.
Moira Morley Posted September 1, 2017 Author Posted September 1, 2017 Pacer gets a Hero Point. No Stalwart. Everyone needs to make Reflex 15 saves. If they pass, no save, if they don't pass, DC20 toughness. Nicole can take the reflex save of whoever picks her up and runs with her.
