Moira Morley Posted September 11, 2017 Author Posted September 11, 2017 Also, give me a Diplomacy roll. there will be some modifiers. That you're most all dressed in yellow robes and you have most of them trapped.
Moira Morley Posted September 11, 2017 Author Posted September 11, 2017 There's only one person with the Sense Motive to understand that and he's Dazed and Trapped. Have a HP Heritage. Now I've got to do five turns in one post!
Moira Morley Posted September 11, 2017 Author Posted September 11, 2017 Big Dude Attacking Grimalkin: 1d20+13 29 Autofire Damage 7. +1 for every 2 above your defence up to +5. 29 beats Grimalkin's defence by a whopping 15! So this will be a DC 27 toughness for her! Meditator is Dazed, can't do anything. Crossbow Hacking at Rope: 1d20+10 18 Attacking Unattended Objects is a 5+size modifier defence. So She definitely hit it Rope DC 20 Toughness: 1d20+6 11 Failed by 9. Injured. Onyx Woman (Raisa, pronounced Ray-zha) does Burning Hands DC 18 Reflex for Pacer and Grimalkin. If you pass, DC 19 Toughness or DC 23 toughness if you fail. If either of you have Evasion (which I'm pretty certain you do) apply the rules for that Rope can't reflex so it does DC 23 vs fire DC 23 Toughness: 1d20+5 18 Railed by 9. another Injury. Pacer, DC 16 will save versus Paralyze It's Spitfire's turn (just outlining it so we don't have any confusion :D)
EviscerusNox Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 ok then, Spitfire will attempt to hide behind some trees and deposit Nicole behind one then come back to burn some people next round stealth roll: 1d20+10 22 Not terrible
Moira Morley Posted September 11, 2017 Author Posted September 11, 2017 Scion Punching Big Dude: 1d20+8 15 Misses. Nicole's turn, @Zeitgeist Blue
Heritage Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 Grim has Feedback on stuff she creates; do the saves you listed include pain from psychic 'fire damage'?
Ari Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 Hey Moira, Red Moon's initiative result was a 6, which puts her ahead of Salvo in the running. Or is she not part of that side of the scene so it doesn't apply?
Moira Morley Posted September 11, 2017 Author Posted September 11, 2017 Forgive me, Zeitgeist, it is Ari's turn. Also, yes, you'll need to save against Damage 10 (axe) and Damage 8 (fire) because of Feedback, Heritage
Ari Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 (edited) Okay then! Red Moon will try to knock one of the elves out, flying up and making with the slice at their sweet, succulent soul. Attack roll is 15 I stand by it. Edited September 11, 2017 by Ari
Moira Morley Posted September 11, 2017 Author Posted September 11, 2017 You'll need to make a 50% miss chance too. They're hiding in/behind trees. No telling where they are! But yes, if you hit one, you knock one out.
Moira Morley Posted September 11, 2017 Author Posted September 11, 2017 You hit 15 right on the nose, but fail to actually find one.
Heritage Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 Toughness save vs Big Guy: 1d20+10=29 Reflex save: 1d20+16=18 Did I make both saves exactly on the head? If so, freaky! I think her Evasion 2 means she takes no damage since she made her save? And now her Feedback rolls! Magic rope vs Axe: 1d20+6=8 That....is really crappy. Reroll and spend the HP! Reroll Rope vs Axe: 1d20+6=11+10=21 Rope vs Fire: 1d20+6=9 Ugh, that one I have to take! At least it's non-lethal!
Moira Morley Posted September 12, 2017 Author Posted September 12, 2017 Clarification, failed by 14. Staggered and Stunned
Moira Morley Posted September 12, 2017 Author Posted September 12, 2017 @Zeitgeist Blue Go. K I L L... Or you know, just lay there
Moira Morley Posted September 12, 2017 Author Posted September 12, 2017 Time for Pacer to step up again, @EternalPhoenix
Moira Morley Posted September 12, 2017 Author Posted September 12, 2017 By the way, what are you ritualing up @Zeitgeist Blue?
Zeitgeist Blue Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 (edited) Probably something like Mind Reading or something. 7PPs worth. So DC 22. It'll have to do with binding spirits. Edited September 12, 2017 by Zeitgeist Blue
Zeitgeist Blue Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 Jury-Rigged Ritual1d20+14=23 So 7 rounds to make. Around 42 seconds.
Zeitgeist Blue Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 I'm going to modify it a bit some. But Mind-reading. Or some other cheap power, that makes sense for Nicole's IC situation and would add to the party OOC. I'll get back to you tomorrow.
Moira Morley Posted September 12, 2017 Author Posted September 12, 2017 I'm pretty sure you have to state what you're making before rolling. Ritualist is not a variable.
Moira Morley Posted September 12, 2017 Author Posted September 12, 2017 Artificer, Inventor, and Ritualist go like this. Stat power you're looking to make. Roll knowledge for research. Roll craft for making object (or knowledge again for ritual) Then spend time making. Jury rigging just removes the roll knowledge for research, adds +5 to the making roll, and turns hours into rounds. I'll allow what you've done for now, but keep this in mind for next time.
